Returns, Replacements, and Exchanges

At Ciccy Beauty Collection, due to the nature of beauty and hair products, we do not offer refunds on any purchases.
However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and may provide a replacement under the following conditions:
A replacement may be approved if:
The item received is damaged or defective
The wrong product was delivered
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
To request a replacement, customers must:
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item
Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue
Include the order number and product name
Once the request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a replacement of the same item where possible.
Items must be:
Unused
In their original packaging
Please note that wigs, hair extensions, and opened beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons, except if they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Ciccy Beauty Collection reserves the right to decline replacement requests that do not meet these conditions.
